You may have heard that flaxseed is a very healthy food due to it's high omega-6 oil and fiber content, and you may have read somewhere else that flaxseed is NOT good due to the fact that it's omega-6 oil content is TOO high, and therefore not well-balanced with the omega-3 oils, which can be inflammatory to the body.
